The elegant semi-circular layout of the cottage, around a central landscaped area creates a sense of closeness among the occupants.

Conferencing Facilities
The conference setting facilitates 150, with some of the latest updates in conferencing equipment. And for the stress-ridden corporate bodies it is indeed refreshing, away from the pollution of the city.
Essential amenities such as 20-30ft. access roads, ample individual water supply, electrical connections, is ensured for each built-up residential unit. You can even choose 2 distinct design options offered by the promoters.

Swimming Pool
For those who love swimming and poolside experiences. Enjoy the sun or go for a dip in the pool. The kids have to love it anyway; it is difficult even to get elders out of the pool! There is a paddle pool for kids along with water slides.
